Due to the unpleasant nature of a few individuals in modern society, we are reluctantly forced to provide the following disclaimer. Saturn-Sport Products are engineered and manufactured in the U.S. for racing use. Our products are designed to perform in the motorsports arena, withstand high horsepower produced by modified engines, and excel under the extreme stress of endurance, drag, and off-road racing. Thus, Saturn-Sport products meet, and in nearly every respect exceed, OEM standards.
As Saturn-Sport products are engineered and manufactured for racing vehicles that should not be used upon public highways, they are not EPA, DOT, or CARB approved. It should be noted that an exhaust system installed AFTER the catalytic converter is considered a “cat-back” system and may be considered emissions legal. As with any aftermarket automotive product, the installation of Saturn-Sport products on your car may invalidate part or all of your manufacturer’s warranty – please review your owner's manual, talk to your dealer, and fully understand your own warranty risk. However, it should be noted that a manufacture must establish that it was the aftermarket product that caused a failure to deny warranty coverage.
At Saturn-Sport, we put a lot of work and pride into the parts we manufacture and sell. Our testing and development procedures are extremely stringent, and often proceed for months before a new product is released for sale. We drive and test with these cars ourselves, with our own products installed, on a daily basis. While the rewards of using our products are clear, we also want to be straightforward regarding any minimal risk. Please be wary of manufacturers who are not.
All of our products are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, please return it to us in its original packing in unused condition. We will gladly refund your money minus shipping charges. Please contact our shipping department before returning a part to us, as an RMA number is required to obtain your credit. Please be prepared to tell us why you were dissatisfied with our product. We intend for all Saturn-Sport customers to be extremely satisfied, become repeat customers, and tell your friends about Saturn-Sport.
If you believe a product you receive from Saturn-Sport has any defect, please contact us immediately. All Saturn-Sport products are manufactured to extremely close tolerances in the U.S.A. and fully inspected prior to shipment from our distribution centers. In the unlikely event that any issue should arise with your purchase, we are very motivated to locate and resolve the cause of the problem. If a manufacturing problem has occurred, we will immediately replace the defective part at no additional cost to you, or if you prefer we will provide a full refund, including all shipping charges, when you return the part to us.
By reading, understanding, and agreeing to the above you hereby release Saturn-Sport, its affiliates, employees, and shareholders of any and all liability associated with the installation of Saturn-Sport products on any vehicle.

What This Privacy Policy Covers
* This policy covers how Saturn-Sport treats personal information that Saturn-Sport collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Saturn-Sport products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.
* This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Saturn-Sport does not own or control, or to people that Saturn-Sport does not employ or manage.

* Saturn-Sport collects personal information when you register with Saturn-Sport when you visit Saturn-Sport pages and when you enter promotions or sign up for the newsletter.

Shipping & Returns
All products are shipped out from one of the Saturn-Sport shipping locations. Saturn-Sport drop ships some products and ships direct others. All products are shipped UPS or FedEx. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages. In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify Saturn-Sport within 5 days of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may not be able to be a candidate for the insurance claim.
# Take pictures of the damaged area of the product and email them to us at sales@solstice-sport.com.
# Keep the product and its original packaging and box
# Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)
# Saturn-Sport will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup, DO NOT send it back to us
# Once the product is picked up and inspected by shipping company, a replacement will be sent.
The Shipping Rates shown at time of checkout our dimensional rate only. If your shipment weight is to much then contact us for a shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted we will contact you and let you know of the changes. International orders(Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you.
If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 35% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable in either direction. All items wanting to be return MUST be reported within 15 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 15 days. All products shipped from the Saturn-Sport warehouse are shipped via UPS or Fedex and require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. Fedex, UPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package. If the package is returned to Saturn-Sport or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 35% restocking fee. These fees will be charged to your account on file.
SATURN SPORT DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES
In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by Saturn-Sport, we will arrange for the package to come back to us and ship out a replacement. We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.
To return a item back to us, please do the following:
# Contact our Customer Service Department to receive a RMA number. All packages returned without a Returned Merchandise Authorization number will be refused.
# Package the item up in original packaging unless deemed unuseable
# Include the UNUSED parts and any additional information that was included
# Include a copy of your receipt
# Write a brief description of the problem with the product
# If you have a receipt for the return shipping include as well
# We DO NOT except any freight collect packages
Once we have received the above information we will notify you via email or phone and let you know the status.
Emmissions
Emissions Information
EMISSION STANDARDS - All vehicles manufactured after 1974 operated on the streets and highways of the USA must be certified to U.S. federal emission standards by their manufacturers for sale in the U.S. Depending on the area, some states require annual inspections and emissions testing. Vehicles that do not meet these requirements are considered nonconforming. NOTE: It is illegal to alter, remove or modify the catalytic converter on your street driven car. You may obtain information on emission control requirements from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on the Web at www.epa.gov
EMISSIONS CHECK - Depending on the state you reside in and the local requirements, an emissions test may be required (likely in populated areas, less likely in rural areas). We strongly urge you to contact your state and local agencies for information regarding emissions laws and how the installation of SaturnSport products affects your compliance prior to your purchase.
CALIFORNIA - California has very stringent requirements for emissions compliance and we look to their standards for guidance in addition to the Federal standards. In the state of California, it is not legal to replace an emissions sensitive device on a street driven vehicle without the replacement part having an exemption from the California Air Resource Board (www.arb.ca.gov). Although replacing a particular device might have no apparent effect on the emissions, and the car might even pass a tail pipe "emissions-check", the replacement part is still not considered emissions legal. In many cases, the mandatory visual inspection of the vehicle prior to an official state required smog-check may result in immediate failure of the test if a non-exempt part is identified.
